Who is head coach Georgi Stoychev?

Georgi Stoychev can help you achieve your goals. He is one of the top ultra-cyclists in the World with many palmarès.

He is a USA cycling certified coach who will create personalized training plan that will factor in your current fitness level, goals, and life commitments. You can be anywhere in the world and your experience level does not matter.

Georgi can help with coaching new riders as well as experienced ones who want to improve their training or compete in a cycling race or event. The  training is done through Training Peaks and email.

Georgi expertise is long distance racing and randonneuring. He crewed for Marko Baloh record breaking solo RAAM in 2019, as well as the course record breaking 2 man team ( Adam & Michael) at Natchez Trace 444 + Michael successful RAW.

He’s finished Paris-Brest-Paris three times, being the first Bulgarian born finisher in 2019. His Randonneuring career started in 2000 as a teenager. He then obtained coaching & referee license and competed in mountain biking, taking the Silver Medal at the National Amateur Championship in 2003. He has 7 Super Randonneur Series, 6 x 1200km events, countless events from 100km to 600km.

Georgi racing career started in 2016 at the Calvins Challenge 12h race in Ohio. Since then , he has competed in 10 x 24h, winning Mid-Atlantic 24h overall twice and podium 6 times in his age group. He has competed in 12 x 12h races, finishing 2nd & 3rd Overall and winning his age group 4 times. He has also achieved Solo RAAM qualification status 6 times. Georgi is the 2023 North American 12h standard bike Champion.

He also raced across America in 2021 during Bike Nonstop US – 3472 miles from Portland, OR to Washington DC , finishing in 3rd place Overall.

He also finished Virtual RAW in 2nd place of his Age Group

Georgi holds the Maryland S-N cross-state record
